MAIN ROLES

• Equipment and Facilities

o Maintain, inspect, and repair AHU and FCU.

o Establish and implement operation and maintenance plans on HVAC equipment and ducts.

o Conduct operation and management of heating/air conditioning lines and related ducts.

o Conduct regular inspections for equipment operation.

o Provide facilities support for new construction and expansion projects.

o Establish and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual inspection plans.

o Manage and implement demand and supply of tap water and ground water.

o Manage and supervise operation and inspection of various water supply/drainage pumps, water tanks, and sewage disposal tank.

o Maintain and repair hot and cold water lines.

o Conduct regular maintenance for machinery and equipment.

o Provide management and supervision for smooth operation of boilers.

o Ensure optimal operation of boilers through water quality management for boilers.

o Provide operation and management of refrigerators and cooling towers.

o Provide management of package air-conditioner facilities.

o Provide management of a cooling tower in all buildings.

o Provide inspection, maintenance, management and supervision of overall refrigeration equipment in machine rooms.

o Provide management of ground water production and irrigation.

o Provide operation and management of sewage disposal tanks.

o Provide operation and management of water treatment facilities.

o Provide management of waste water and waste.

o Provide management of operation and control of power facilities in all buildings

o Provide management of air conditioning and humidity in all buildings to maintain a pleasant indoor environment.

• Water Supply/ Drainage

o Manage and implement demand and supply of tap water and ground water.

o Manage and supervise operation and inspection of various water supply/drainage pumps, water tanks, and sewage disposal tank.

o Operate, inspect and repair water supply/ drainage facilities for waterfalls, swimming pools and saunas.

o Maintain and repair hot and cold water lines.

o Conduct overall machinery hygiene management in machine rooms and maintenance, repair and inspection of the equipment.

• Maintenance and Repair

o Conduct regular maintenance of machinery and equipment.

o Provide active support for activities in the kitchen by conducting inspection, repair and management of kitchen utensils and equipment.

o Carry out general repair orders, as well as various equipment expansion works.

• Boilers

o Provide management and supervision for smooth operation of boilers.

o Provide maintenance of auxiliary installations of boilers.

o Ensure optimal operation of boilers through water quality management for boilers.

• Refrigeration

o Provide operation and management of refrigerators and cooling towers.

o Provide management of package air-conditioner facilities.

o Provide smooth maintenance of refrigerators in the kitchen.

o Provide management of a cooling tower in all buildings.

o Provide inspection, maintenance, management and supervision of overall refrigeration equipment in machine rooms.

• Water Treatment

o Provide management of ground water production and irrigation.

o Provide operation and management of sewage disposal tanks.

o Provide operation and management of water treatment facilities.

o Provide management of waste water and waste.

• Surveillance

o Provide management and operation of automated control facilities

o Provide management of operation and control of power facilities in all buildings

o Provide management of air conditioning and humidity in all buildings to maintain a pleasant indoor environment.

o Provide management of machinery and equipment automated control system (servers, stations, DDC)

o Customer Service

o Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs

o Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

o Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

o Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Other Tasks

o Write reports on the state of Maintenance Team Operation and Equipment Status. Set up and Store document and reports by proper filing.

o Create and regulate an annual operations plan.

o Inspect the tasks distributed among employees and confirm their completion.

o Ensure that the Manager's instructions are carried out by employees.

o Comply with Personal Information Protection regulations for customers and employees. Manage compliance among employees.

o Create a good work environment for employees. Provide essential support in handling any problems that may arise.

o Perform all tasks in compliance to the manual and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

o Identify any distress or problems experienced by employees and resolve them.

o Constantly work on self-improvement.

o Be charming by being approachable, having confidence and showing respect.

o Stay in the moment by understanding and anticipating guests’ needs, being attentive and taking ownership of getting things done.

o Make it memorable by being knowledgeable, sharing stories and showing your style to create moments that make people feel special.

• Education: Bachelor of Mechanical/ Thermal HVAC Engineering or its equivalent or higher

• Experience: 10 Years working experience with Machinery and HVAC system and facility

• Credentials: Experience in 5-star Hotel Mechanic and HVAC equipment and system preferred

• Technical Skill: Electric & Mechanic & Air Condition & Machinery Engineering Skills

• Software Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Foxit Reader, Auto CAD
