YOUR JOB:

• Build and develop Quality SOP Procedures, Work Instructions in accordance with the current situation, and future development orientation, and apply to the whole QC Team.
• Build and develop the Quality Risk Assessment System, the Quality Control Plan that is appropriate and accurate to current processes, and future development orientations, and implementation for QC Teams, and related Team
• Build and develop inspection methods, inspection tools, checklists, and data collection method for both of Products and Processes in factory
• Build and develop methods to automatic collecting data, data statistics, and automated reporting such as: PowerBI, Qamar, Odoo, ERP, …
• Resolve quality issues related to complaints from Customers such as: compensation, replacement, repair, rework, ... and closely monitor the implementation progress of relevant departments, or relevant parties. At the same time, provide Corrective and Preventive Action Plan, and send to Customers upon request, and report to HOD and BOD.
• Driving quality improvement activities at the Factory, at Subcon, or at Suppliers to minimize defective products deliver to the next process, or deliver to customers through by Quality improving meetings in weekly, and monthly, propose solutions, changes, and improvements to improve Quality of Product, and effectiveness of Quality Control in the factory, as well as in related parties.
• Manage measuring tools, measuring instruments, machinery, equipment, jigs, templates, color Panel samples, and control samples of QC Teams. Control shelf life, as well as refresh requirements, or conduct timely correction and calibration to ensure accuracy during use.
• Coordinate the Inspection and Re-Inspection activities of the QC Team in the factory when receiving information from the Planning and CS Teams about Products returned from outside such as: from Customers, from Subcon, from Showroom, ... to achieve delivery schedule, and meet the required Quality.
• Train QC, and relevant parties on quality control methods and Quality Processes when necessary, to ensure consistency and efficiency when applied in the Factory.
• Monitor the inspection and testing within the factory, or external parties related to new Sample Products, Trial Products, or Defective Products
• Perform other tasks when assigned by superiors
