Key responsibilities include but are not limited to

1. Conduct Quality Audits and Inspections:

• Perform quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement

2. Identify Quality Issues and Recommend Improvements

• Identify quality issues in the production process and propose feasible improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency

3. Aggregate Standards and Product Testing

• Aggregate and develop testing standards and protocols for products to ensure they meet the required quality and standards

4. Create and Manage Testing Documentation and Results

• Develop and organize all necessary documents related to testing processes and outcomes to ensure quality standards are met

5. Monitor, develop, and update progress with relevant departments

• Monitor, develop, and update progress with relevant departments on new samples, mockups, labels, standards, or any issues related to product development and quality improvement.
• Guarantee that standard documentation is readily available for relevant departments to ensure consistency and quality across processes.

6. Handle claims and complaints

• Handle claims and complaints related to structural durability, packaging, or any product issues that fail to meet established testing quality standard
• Ensure prompt resolution of issues related to standards and quality, prevent recurrence, and maintain overall product quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.

7. Manage Tasks

• Receive tasks from managers/leaders and execute them according to the required plan/timeline
• Report, update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation

8. Problem-Solving

• Identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to ensure product quality and compliance with standards

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields related to interior design, production management, quality management, industrial standards, or related field
• Above 2 years of experience in testing or ensuring the quality of product structures
• Strong knowledge of protocols, testing procedures, and quality standards in the furniture industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Able to work independently and be proactive at work.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
