Develop and oversee production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly battery output targets.
Monitor production progress on an hourly and daily basis, addressing deviations immediately.
Ensure smooth implementation of the single-piece flow concept for efficient and waste-free operations.
Guide and train members, enhancing their skills and fostering leadership qualities.
Build and lead a high-performing team culture focused on productivity, quality, and morale.
Implement lean manufacturing practices and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards across the battery line.
Drive compliance with PQCDSM metrics to achieve continuous improvement in production.
Actively address and resolve production-related problems and issues to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) as a key member in GEMBA for on-site problem-solving.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Conduct training sessions to instill safety, operational, and quality standards among the production team.
Prepare and present detailed reports for daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reviews.
Track and report key performance indicators, including production efficiency, quality metrics, and downtime.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and cut costs.
Ensure production aligns with vehicle assembly requirements by maintaining quality and quantity standards.
Promote a collaborative, safety-focused team culture.Bachelor's degree in Production, Automobile, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and single-piece flow principles.
Proven ability to lead teams, train supervisors, and foster a results-driven culture.
Experience in problem-solving and addressing production-related challenges.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems for production tracking and reporting is a plus.
