Mô tả Công việc
1. Quality Planning and Development (35%)
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive quality plans aligned with the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard.
- Define quality objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each project phase, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop proactive strategies to mitigate quality-related risks and ensure project success.
2. Quality Assurance Implementation (25%)
- Implement robust quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality management system requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure effective control of non-conforming products through the implementation of appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
3. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management (20%)
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer quality requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any quality concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering collaboration and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Supplier Quality Management (15%)
- Collaborate with procurement and supplier management teams to establish and maintain strong supplier quality management processes in alignment with IATF 16949 requirement.
- Conduct supplier assessments and audits to evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and adherence to quality standard.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain.
5. Other relevant tasks (5%)
· Base on assignment from manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years experiences working for quality field and/ or same position in other company.
- Extensive experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the IATF 16949 standard and its requirements.
- Understanding knowledge VDA 6.3 will be a plus.
- Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
