Job Responsiblities

• Educated the life insurance principles, knowledge relevant to call content
• Take charge of making calls to customers, according to the requested program
• Promote cross-sale and enhance sales of success products
• Respond to customer concerns on call
• Address customer concerns & questions in compliance with regulations
• Assist customers as needed and follow company regulations
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college, university
• Proficient in office software applications (Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint, etc.) and capable of learning to use new applications on office devices
• Demonstrates responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit
• Skilled in phone communication
• Capable of handling unexpected situations during calls
