TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with AMs on Pool Design: closely working together with AMs to design an assortment pool that meets the needs and trends of the creators, offer a range of products, including those that are trending or applicable for different seasons, so as to create a balanced and attractive assortment.
- User Perspective Assortment Design: diving into the perspective of the users or fans to curate the assortment pool in such a way that it complements and caters to the interests of the creator's fanbase.
- Offering Assortment KLS: Communication and effective coordination will be key as you'll be responsible for being in constant touch with CMs offering help, support, and guidance regarding assortment strategies and pricing. Targeted at creators with a high level of sessions or new creators just starting out ("Cold start creators"). Therefore, adaptability and a good understanding of altering needs depending on the creator's status will be crucial.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 4+ years of eCommerce experiences on assortment growth
- Experience in working with cross categories, cross platform channels, cross functions and cross product domain team, influencing team towards a common goal for assortment growth
- Strong understanding of content especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content driven platforms.
- E-commerce platform heavy user.
- Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English.
