Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for production according to the arrangement or request of the superior
• Material handling, material preparation, line setup, correct start of production orders in the required time and quality control.
• Be responsible for the quality of work and abide by the work instructions and occupational health and safety rules.
• Report production situation/non-compliance cases to the leader in time.
• Actively participate in cross-functional skills training and other training assignments.
• Strictly follow the reporting process to report different problems.
• Perform quality inspection, set up sorting of non-conformity element, semi-product and WIP. Record all the defect.
• Manage the Jail area in production shopfloor, secure all the asset and material inside that area.
• Report quality result that assigned by leader.
• Escalate any risk of quality issue or abnormality to leader.
• Participate in internal/external audit.
• Participate to containment and corrective actions of non-conformity materials, semi-product, WIP, Finish Goods.
• Participate in investigation in case of quality issue.
• Actively involve in solving of quality problem.
• Compliance with 5S at assigned areas ( shopfloor and quality jail).
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

• Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.
• Visual ability and no color blind as the important job requirements
• Prefer candidates who have experience with quality management process, such as: defects classification, quality sorting criteria, quality process verification, quality auditing, quality tools.
• Is plus point for candidate who has basic statistical and PDCA knowledge.
• Team player with flexible behaviors, open minded, proactive and supportive
• Good communication skill.
• Detail orientation.
• Prefer candidate who can use computer for data report, file tracking.

Công ty TNHH NTPM (Việt Nam) là công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài có xuất xứ từ Malaysia. NTPM là nhà sản xuất lớn nhất và cũng là công ty dẫn đầu thị trường khăn giấy tại Malaysia. NTPM không chỉ sản xuất và bán các sản phẩm khăn giấy mà còn chuyên sản xuất và bán các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân như tã giấy, khăn ướt, băng vệ sinh và các sản phẩm từ cotton nữa.
Năm 2013, NTPM đã xây dựng nhà máy sản xuất tại Bình Dương và đến năm 2014, công ty bắt đầu bán các sản phẩm khăn giấy bán thành phẩm như khăn giấy cuộn jumbo và khăn giấy cuộn lớn. Trong năm 2016 và đến nay, tất cả các loại khăn giấy và các sản phẩm liên quan đến khăn giấy như giấy vệ sinh cuộn, khăn bếp, khăn lau tay, khăn giấy gói, khăn bỏ túi, khăn giấy rút, … đã được sản xuất và phân phối trên khắp Việt Nam và cho thị trường quốc nội
Bước sang năm 2021, Công ty TNHH NTPM (Việt Nam) cũng đã bắt đầu kinh doanh các sản phẩm chăm sóc cá nhân như tã giấy và khăn lau dành cho trẻ em.
