- Comply with the company's regulations on working time and rest time; regulations on personal hygiene when working in workshops and other relevant regulations.
- Understand, interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection system.
- Handle Analytical Lab, Packaging Lab, Issue Lab etc… Review and improve laboratory standard operating procedures.
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive action.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
- Co-operate with Production department, WH section, Maintenance department to complete the assigned task.
- Complete the objectives of Innovation & Quality Department.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Innovation & Quality Manager.
