The platform is the intersection of esports, gaming content, and fan interaction, where content creators, influencers, and esports athletes can connect with their audiences through unique and interactive campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of a high-profile esports tournament. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating events across regions, and executing marketing strategies that drive user engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy for a large-scale esports tournament, with a focus on community engagement, audience growth, and content promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, product, marketing) to align campaign goals with overall company objectives.
  • Create detailed timelines, milestones, and KPIs to track campaign progress.


  • Event Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of the tournament, including live and virtual events, from planning through to post-event analysis.
  • Work closely with esports athletes, content creators, and influencers to facilitate their involvement in the tournament.
  • Manage live streaming, virtual audience participation, and fan engagement activities throughout the event.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external partners, including gaming publishers, hardware providers, and influencers, ensuring smooth execution of all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships and campaign elements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders involved in the campaign.
  • Content & Marketing Initiatives:
  • Drive the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and live event assets, ensuring they align with the campaign’s tone and goals.
  • Lead the creation of promotional assets for social media, email marketing, and in-app announcements.
  • Develop creative and engaging ways to involve the community, drive user participation, and ensure maximum engagement before, during, and after the tournament.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Optimize campaign strategies based on audience engagement metrics, feedback, and performance reports.
  • Present findings and post-campaign reports to key stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
  • Manage the campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet campaign objectives.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, influencer compensation, and resource allocation to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.

  • Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or event management within the gaming, esports, or entertainment industry.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
    • Strong understanding of esports, gaming culture, and live streaming platforms.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and content teams.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
    • Experience with data analysis and a proven ability to use insights to drive optimization and growth.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas to a broad range of audiences.


    Bonus:
