What you will do:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various technical roles.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide recruitment team members, fostering their professional growth.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.What competencies needed for this role:
Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team. Proven experience in setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
Technical Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with a strong track record. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for technical roles.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Experience in using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy to connect with candidates on a deeper level.
Adaptability and Innovation: Proactive and flexible, with a passion for continuous improvement. Creative in utilizing both traditional and innovative recruitment channels.
Marketing Mindset: Understanding of employer branding and ability to market the company to potential candidates. Skilled in leveraging social media and other platforms to attract talent.
Industry Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its trends. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to changes in the industry.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to leverage technology, especially AI-based tools to streamline recruitment processes.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address and overcome recruitment challenges. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
Networking and Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network. Expertise in establishing long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

Working time: 8:30-18:00 (off 1.5h from 12h to 13h30 for lunch) from Monday to Friday
