What you will be doing:
The Inventory Planning Analyst will be responsible for Invoice Reconciliation, Logistic Coordination and Material Liability Planning. The successful candidate will be able to perform inventory reconciliation, logistic coordination and material planning management to control actual goods receipt and payment, to improve raw material liability process by coordinating with Finance and Suppliers to help reduce raw material liability.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global warehouse team, accounting team, T1 supplier to ensure inventory reconciliation is done correctly and payment follow up.
- Follow up weekly goods receipt and payment made to ensure processing is correct.
- Work closely with the factory to clarify if there are any discrepancies.
- Focusing on reviewing weekly invoice reconciliation with actual shipment.
- Follow up warehouse team for finished goods inventory receipt.
- Sending demand alerts on a weekly basis and taking actions to reduce errors.
- Drive SOP implementation and improvement in the factory
- Collaborate with T1 Suppliers, Demand and Supply Planning to ensure material liability is updated and controlled to ensure stock liability payment for our T1 Suppliers correctly.
- Set up KPI for inventory reconciliation, payment, Material liability.
- Create and keep up to date the raw material sustainability claim management if required.
- Coordinating production-planning team and help with problem solving if any.
- Daily communicate with factory production team and head office to get issue solved quickly
AUTHORITY & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Report to Production Planning manager
- Supervision Exercised: None
- Primary Contacts: Global logistic team, accounting team, OPV Staff (Planning, Production, CT, QC), Factory Management, T2 supplier.
Education and Requirements:
- Education: 4-years bachelor’s degree or 3 - years College
- Experience: 3-4 years of related experience in manufacturing company
- Experienced in creating SOPs.
- Being critical thinking and Organizing
- Good analytical skills, good at excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Work Independently with responsibility
- Solving problem skills
Compensation And Benefits
Compensation: Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time-Off (PTO): 15 days, plus public Holidays.
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package. Lunch is provided 5 days a week.
Required Meetings And Time/Travel
Participation in all department and general company meetings/functions, and others relating to special assignments, as required. May be required to work outside of normal work hours or attend offsite training/business functions.
