Purpose - What we are looking for
We are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Specialist to join our team in fulfilling the service to our company in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner; and assisting (and reporting to) Founder and be able to work at night shift (to help team Brazil and Mexico)
Responsibilities:
Manage email of: Internal system, Microsoft
Send VPN user account
Tracking information of active or inactive client
Create some guidelines for new things and translate them into English
Update appsheet
Set/ update meeting for Roi and send meeting detail to attendees
Do onboarding/ offboarding process: NDA, collect personal information, test, training plan, announcement form ...
E-sign document to CEO/ Client/ Staff...
Provide material like presentation, report, document... to requester
Prepare flower on Friday (bi-weekly)
Prepare gifts for staff and BU on special occasions: Tet, Valentine, Women day, Birthday...
Order water bottle, stationary, sanitary...
Willing to work at night shift (for Brazil and Mexico team)
Receive and answer request from staff and BU
Do POC (Proof of Concept)
Office support: flight ticket, hotel booking, receive and send documents ...
Update template: Legal, Contract, Package, Guideline...
Give user access to partner and newcomer
Prepare party for special occasions
Update abbeY record file/ Office member file
Update the latest PRESENTATION file from CSOs if any
Ask for BU to approve these blurred videos so they can be shared
Ask CSOs to share impact videos from monthly reports (3 videos per report)
Track newcomer onboarding/ training plan
Work closely with CEO
Other duties as assigned from time to time

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or suitable equivalent
Interest and ability in data analysis and data tracking
Creative, confident, enthusiastic, and willing to assist others
Be a team player
Proficiency with MS Office (Especially Excel / Word / PPT)
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Vietnamese

• Salary: 13mil - 18mil or negotiation based on ability and experience
• Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday to Friday;
• Professional working environment;
