We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end OPS supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our supply chain operations align with the company’s strategic goals and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include demand planning, based on project requirements, ask the GA team to purchase materials, monitor the project's process of using materials, and provide materials to customers on time, logistics coordination, and supplier ( air agent, truck agent) relationship management. You will also be tasked with analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall supply chain performance. This position requires a proactive individual who can adapt to changing market conditions and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain processes. Key project and key customer take care

OP optimization by Excel or PPT weekly

Monitor Project data every day to ensure the promised timeliness is achieved

Receive requests from customers and book flights/arrange pickup trucks/handover to export/landed at destinaiton

Handle all arising problems/questions from customers from the time the customer orders/picks up/hands over/exports/returns to the destination/delivery country.

O3 Charter booking , O3 Data monitor.

Other jobs as required by Leader/OPM.

Checking Truck/Air rate, Compare the price.

Traning when Project needs, Write SOP for new Project.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, import and export processes and related regulations.
• Proficiency in (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva)
• Communication, negotiation and working skills with suppliers and transportation partners.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems and think logically.
• Good communication in English (especially in the fields of logistics and import-export). Knowing Chinese is a plus.
• Meticulous, patient, with good organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A good team player, with customer-service mindset
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High adaptability to changes and be able to work under pressure
