YOUR JOBS:
Quality Assurance Processes:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and standards for furniture products.
Create and update quality control documentation, including inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality manuals.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions:
Investigate and analyze product defects and quality issues to determine root causes.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAP) to address and eliminate quality problems.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and make adjustments as necessary
Handling Customer Claims:
Receive, investigate, and resolve claims from customers related to product quality issues.
Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide timely solutions.
Document all customer claims and track their resolution.
Audit CAP and feedback result to customers
Tracking Improvement and Documentation:
Track quality improvement initiatives and document the results.
Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, corrective actions, and improvements.
Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and improvement progress to management
Collaboration with Production Teams:
Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into production processes
Provide technical guidance and support to production staff on quality-related issues
Conduct training sessions for production teams on quality assurance best practices and procedures
Supplier Quality Management:
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality
Conduct supplier audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and vendors
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in quality assurance practices
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects
Quality Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and track key quality metrics to measure and analyze product quality performance.
Prepare detailed quality reports for management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
Present quality data and findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions

Proven experience in quality assurance within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
Proficient in quality control techniques and quality management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Ability to travel as needed for supplier audits and inspections.
Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g., CQE).
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of furniture industry standards and regulations.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
Experience with 3D CAD software and product lifecycle management (PLM) systemsLaptop
