Mô tả công việc
• Update and monitor information, content, promotions, and offers on the resort’s website, booking engine, and other digital platforms, as well as restaurant outlets’ social media pages.
• Oversee digital platforms (Meta ads manager, API), PR, and advertising.
• Manage SEO, SEM, GDN, the resort website, Google Analytics, Google Tags and Google Business.
• Periodically review and update photos on all online channels.
• Plan and execute EDM campaigns.
• Work with media agency and manage awards entries.
2. Content Creation and Media Management
• Direct photographers to take pictures of the resort, rooms, food, drinks, and events.
• Collaborate with external video editors for the production of short videos for Facebook/Instagram reels and posts.
• Assist with translations for articles, social media posts, and menus as required and draft articles on different topics in both English and Vietnamese.
3. Event Coordination and Material Production
• Coordinate the production of event posters, resort newsletters, brochures, menus, flyers, and other printed materials for both internal and public (Liaise with the in-house graphic designer)
• Take charge of the festive and holiday gifts project (in-house guests and travel agent partners), including developing overall concepts, liaising with the purchasing department for pricing and following up on all necessary tasks until project deliverable are completed.
