This is a temporary headcount, which will last for 8 months. You will receive all the benefits similar to a full-time employee.

Import and Export Process :

• Arrange bookings and follow import and export shipments accordings delivery terms.
• Coordination and management of forwarders and related sections to proceed import and export shipments smoothly.
• Prepare and finalize import and export documentation for customs procedures.

Planning:

• Support to balancing the inventory of finished goods of two warehouses to decide on transferring goods to the Hanoi warehouse, according to stock policy.
• Schedule batches (production’s orders and materials) for daily production plans
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 6 months experience in Oversea Logistic - Import/Export
• Excellent in Excel / Excel + Power Query (prefered) 
• Statistics and analytic skills
• Knowledge about Customs procedure (Import/Export), experience in Forwarder or internal Logistics Department 
• Detail-oriented, Meticulous, Responsibility
