Mô tả Công việc 1/ Working Place: 181 Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC 2/ Working hours: 08:00PM - 05:30PM, Monday - Friday 3/ Report to: International Sales Director 4/ Roles and responsibilities: • Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports, expenses claim proposal, quotation, etc. • Manage working documents, sales contracts, marketing materials. • Conduct department's payment process and record all expenses documents. • Coordinate with other departments to check & record orders, production plan, delivery schedule. • Receive and transfer the requests from overseas customers (Europe/ America) through mail or phone calling to person in charge for specific regions. • Support marketing activities as required by direct/ assigned manager. • Perform other tasks requested by Line Manager or Company's management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc • Bachelor's degree or higher, major in International Business, Import - Export, Business Administration, English Studies or relevant majors. • At least 01 year of experience at the same position. • English: Good command of English (4 skills required) • Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel for report and data analysis • Other requirements: + Well organized and details-oriented, logical thinking, good communication and administrative skills. + Sales-motivated and result-oriented + Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team + Open-minded with positive can-do attitude, willing to support colleagues when needed.
