Mô tả Công việc

Conducts inspections usually as part of maintenance schedules typically by carrying out testing, measuring, examining and gauging activities.
+ Performing Final Random Inspection, Pre-Inspections, Inline Inspections, drawing samples, container loading and other services in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), protocol and customer’s SOP.
+ Examining selected samples objectively and accomplish inspection reports according to inspected results, ensuring the accuracy and objectivity.
Creates inspection reports.
+ Complete final typed reports after end of inspections and ensuring there is no critical and major errors/ mistakes on inspection reports.
+ Typically carries out status detection and function tests.
Review and study all applicable project requirements and raise any unclear topic prior actual project execution.
Conduct the inspection assigned by Project Team
Examine selected samples objectively and accomplish inspection reports according to inspected results, ensuring the accuracy and objectivity.
Join all related training courses organized by company or clients as required.
Strictly follow TR VN’s Code of Conduct and related requirement as provided.
Internal support for the implementation, maintenance & development of ISO 17020 requirements & relevant TUV Rheinland quality system.
Studying TUV Rheinland and Customer’s inspection requirements and related updates to understand all requirements and requirement changes before job performance. Raise & clarify any unclear point proactively.
Support and deliver technical advice, experience exchange in team and involved parties, including special requirements and updated procedure. In addition, to enhance the team development through coaching and periodic training.
Ensure a correct and aligned understanding and implementation of actual processes as well as requirements within the team training, guidance, consultation & observation & evaluation of onsite performance and reporting (draft & final) quality.
Scope extension – proactively prepare / qualify the team for new services depending on market and industry developments.
Inspire team members to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Identify opportunities for team improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures included ISO 17020 and ISO 9001
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
Join all related training courses organized by company or clients as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University Degree in Garment Technology.
At least 8 years experience in inspection or quality assurance in Garment industry, have knowlege about #AQL
Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.
High analytical/ observation/ problem solving, statistic and analytical skills.
Good presentation, time and project management skills, leadership
Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
Keep reading and understanding all related standards/ regulation requirements.
Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
Good problem solving, statistic and analytical skills. Motivated to contribute to a larger team and to take on additional responsibilities.

TÜV Rheinland là tổ chức quốc tế chứng nhận độc lập kiểm soát về kỳ thuật, an toàn với hơn 18.000 nhân viên, trụ sở chính tại CHLB Đức và 500 văn phòng tại 66 quốc gia được thành lập vào năm 1872.
