The purpose of this role is to develop detailed product strategy, high-level requirements and a product roadmap that serves as an input to the technology teams to develop and deliver the product.

Job Description:

Role Purpose

As a Digital Partner at Dentsu, you will serve as the strategic leader for digital transformation across a portfolio of key clients. You will drive end-to-end digital integration – across media, performance, commerce, martech, and data – ensuring our clients unlock growth and business value. This is a senior leadership role responsible for deepening client partnerships, leading digital innovation, and accelerating dentsu’s future-forward capabilities in the Vietnam market.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Serve as the senior digital lead for key clients, offering strategic counsel across media, performance, and commerce.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Co-create long-term digital roadmaps with clients to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
Digital Innovation & Integration
Champion digital-first thinking across all media planning and activation efforts.
Leverage Dentsu’s capabilities across performance, paid media, programming, content, and analytics to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Stay ahead of digital trends and proactively introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices to clients.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Partner closely with Practice Leads (Performance, Programmatic, Search, Strategy) and Brand Leaders (dentsu X, iProspect, Carat) to deliver high-impact work.
Guide cross-functional teams to ensure digital workstreams are aligned with strategic goals and executed flawlessly.
Mentor and grow internal talent, fostering a strong digital mindset within the broader team.
Growth & Commercial Accountability
Identify and drive opportunities for organic digital scope growth and upselling.
Manage revenue forecasts and profitability for digital scopes within your client portfolio.
Support new business development as a digital strategy lead in pitches and proposal development.

Qualifications & Experience

8–12 years’ experience in digital leadership roles, ideally within a media agency or consultancy.
Strong understanding of digital media channels and platforms: performance marketing, search, programmatic, social, and ecommerce.
Proven success in leading digital transformation projects or campaigns for major clients.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth, P&L oversight, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English; Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
