Descriptions
1. Dedicated Secretary Tasks (60%)
· Prepare documents and facilities for hosting partners and clients visiting for work.
· Arrange schedules for work, business trips, and meetings for the leadership. Provide reminders for the leadership.
· Develop content and work plans for leadership; draft documents as required.
· Receive, categorize, monitor, and return signed documents submitted by departments.
· Organize meetings chaired by the leadership, act as the meeting secretary.
· Serve as a communication bridge, facilitating work-related information exchange between departments and leadership.
· Coordinate tasks, oversee activities, and report on departmental operations as requested by the leadership.
· Maintain document archives and prepare reports in accordance with regulations and directives.
2. External Relations and Other Tasks (40%)
· Accompany the leadership to meetings with authorities and partners.
· Participate in client receptions alongside the leadership as required.
· Assist in organizing company or leadership-led events.
· Handle payment procedures for business trip expenses, client entertainment costs, and/or other expenses as directed.
· Perform additional tasks as assigned by the leadership.
Requirements
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Diplomacy, or related fields.
- Preference given to candidates who have studied abroad.
2. Professional Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with priority for candidates with experience in finance, securities, banking, investment analysis, etc.
3. Skills:
- Professional demeanor and skills.
- Strong professional expertise.
- Comprehensive oversight and excellent service skills.
- Quick thinking and ability to grasp issues effectively.
- Clear, standard speaking voice.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Skills in planning and scientific time management.
- Ability to handle work pressure and a high-intensity workload.
Working details
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday each week, or as required by the leadership.
· Work Environment: Professional and dynamic environment.
Benefits:
- Salary: VND 20,000,000 – 40,000,000 or negotiable.
