GENERAL MISSION:
•Responsible for the accurate dissemination of information in coordinating the activities of the floors and Front Office. And vice versa and other departments of the hotel guests.
•To ensure efficiency in its performance by providing reliable information and highly responsible follow-ups.
•To assist in administration for Housekeeping operations.
•Maintain proper communications, coordination with guest, employee outside/inside department particularly Front Office and Engineering.
•Greets and be courteous to all guests and colleagues, use eye contact and always offer assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
•As the center of communication, responsible for receiving incoming calls from guest,in/out of department and convey it through proper channel.
•To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
•Log down all information received with the name of caller and information.
•Communicates with person concerned on matter of the hotel, especially guestrooms, public area, linen and laundry sections.
•Write down in logbook all unusual things such as:
- Extra item issued to the guest.
•Issues/receives floors and public area keys and make sure that the issuance/return control logbook is signed by the person concerned.
•Controll stationary, Office’ equipments and guests’ loan items.
•Complete daily and monthly reports that assigned to her by the superior on time.
•Have a complete understanding of the Hotel’s policy related to fire, safety and health.
•Follow the rules and regulations of the Department and Hotel
•Perform other duties that maybe assigned to him/her by the superior.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•To attend to guests’ needs and complaints properly.
•Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area.
•Keep files and record in good order to enable to locate information as requested.
•To provide service and information to hotel’s guests.
•To check all department keys.
•Record daily activities and events in her logbook for the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Housekeeper and Supervisors’ information.
•Coordinate with floor supervisors necessary information related to housekeeping operations.
•File reports including discrepancy report, fit, group blocking, complementary order, GSA assignment sheet and housekeeping status reports.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
•Received, record, store and release Lost/Found items.
•Typing Department’s documents such as: working schedule, attendance sheets, etc…
•Record all incoming and outgoing calls in the logbook.
•Performs special duties as required by Executive Housekeeper.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•By the way she presents herself both on the telephone and in person she plays an important role in creating an excellent image of the hotel.
HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM NHÂN SỰ
•Pass all employees’ complaints and comments to Executive Housekeeper. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time.
•To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.

Yêu cầu công việc
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and third parties regarding the hotel, brand, and company.
Ability to read and write in English.
Certifications: Degree in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required.
