Lean specialist is responsible to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction. The position is expected to set the pace and implement business transformational and continuous improvement plan, ensure consistent and rigorous application across the business in line with best practice. Main tasks: - Cooperate with other Departments to ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors - Promote a performance mindset at all site levels through Lean events, standardization and simplification initiative; - Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes; - Lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance (EX: planning, running of lean events) - Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems - Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization - Provide Lean training and coaching plant management team (and other levels) on basic lean knowledge - Lead all Muda reduction projects in the factoryQualification: • Bachelor degree and above (mechanical engineering is a plus, other majors are accepted with strong technical background) • Have Lean training certificate is a plus • At least 5 years experience in production environment in implementing LEAN tools, projects, and programs with a proven track record of success (5S, KAIZEN,....); • Knowledge of project management methodology Skills • Fluent English • 5S & SMED • Kanban • Shop floor management • Kaizen, continuous improvement • TPM basics • Strong communication, negotiation skill • Analytical thinking • Root cause analyses Problem solving • Time management skills.Đào tạo Training & Development opportunities
