1. Supervise and instruct the purchaser/shipping assistant to deal with the purchasing/selling work efficiently, deal with the special situation in time, ensure the correctness and timeliness of the purchasing material/finished goods.
2. Analyze purchasing/shipment needs, supplier/customer capacity and develop purchasing/shipment plans.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Purchasing and inventory control.
5. Quality control, continuously check the quality and performance and evaluate the reliability of suppliers. Ensure suppliers meet the company’s requirements and are consistent with the purchasing strategy.
6. System management: Manage objectives, planning and task schedule, generate procurement management reports, ERP software utilization.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Commerce or International Economics.
• English: At least Strong Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 700+/ Ielts 6.0+)
• Good knowledge of Supplier sourcing (researching, evaluating and liaising with Suppliers), with some basic knowledge of shipping field (import).
• From 8-10 years solid experience in the same field in foreign company.
• From 4-5 years experience as Procument Leader or equivalent level.
