•  Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, initiate necessary requisition for approval of the Executive Chef
• Monitor F&B stock levels to ensure adequate stock levels maintained
• Liaising with Restaurant Manager & Executive Chef to control stock movement and transfers
• Assist with monthly stock takes, follow up of variance discrepancies discovered in the end of month reports
• Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
• Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Assist to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Assist to create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Perform food samples and laboratory testing, and prepare corresponding reports following HACCP guidelines
• Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager & the Executive Chef

- 5 working days (2 days off) per week

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience
• Strong numeracy and basic accounting skills and sound knowledge of computer programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and others
• Have a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
• Positive attitude, communicates effectively, work under pressure, and works efficiently
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and undertake project work on a personal assignment basis and to follow through until completion
