- Screen/handle telephone calls, appointments, mails and emails and take action accordingly

- Maintain and update Manager-On-Duty schedule

- Prepare monthly financial data reports

- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

- Organise and process expense claims for the GM

- is the point of contact between the GM and HODs, managers and other employees

- Manager GM's working schedule, aranges internal appointment for GM

- Reports directly to and communicates with the GM on all administrative matters.

- Attends meetings between GM with GD, external parners and supliers, HODs meetings or Excom meetings as requested. Takes miunites and interprets in those meetings should there be a need

- Distributes memos, letters and other information.

- Handles resevation as request by GM

- 5 working days/week
