【Job Summary】
- Research potential target industries trends and patterns, business partners, and client
- Study competition/competitors to find new ways to acquire new clients and retain existing clients

- Provide necessary information available upon the request of customers / instruction by supervisor
- Demonstrate financial products and financial services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to schedules appointments and meetings
- Make financial product knowledge readily available to self and colleagues through various resources
- Create information materials and presentations to business partners, clients, and investors, for business development in Japanese
- Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, business partners, investors, banks, media
representatives, and other professionals to implement business strategies across multiple channels
- Develop marketing strategies and approach for various financial products and financial services, such as Mezzanine Fund, Real Estate Fund, and Private Equity Fund
- Deal with questions and request from domestic and foreign clients, including but not limited to Japanese
investors, about financial products and financial services benefits
- Create and present regular marketing reports or business memos for managers and executives in Japanese
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with financial products and services
- Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by management
- Translate documents from Vietnamese into Japanese when necessary
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms in Japanese
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments with clients
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals in Japanese as assigned
- Support administrative works by communicating with outside professionals/workers/agents in Japanese, basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking in Japanese
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures by communicating with outside accountants/auditors in Japanese
- Perform other functions that maybe assigned by the supervisor from time to time in Japanese
