Implement production processes improvement and engineering changes to improve productivity, quality, and
cost.
Support production in terms of trouble-shoot technical problems.
Formulate standard times and processes for the assembly processes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assembly Process improvement – in term of cost reduction, standard time and through put time.
2. Troubleshooting of the machine/ equipment/ material/ parts problem; recommend & implement
preventive measures.
3. Prepare and update process check sheet, process manual, work instruction and establish work
standard for assembly production departments and selected external suppliers performing subassembly work for production.
4. Assembly units testing simulator design for in-house and external.
5. Selection and sourcing for proper equipment for Production use.
6. Lead in the products transfer activities to other regions.
7. Implement production layout for electrical items based on to production need.
8. Processing of Engineering Change Order (ECO) and maintain the Production Bill-of-Material (BOM) in
SAP system.
9. Prepare Part Defective Report (PDR), Engineering Change Request (ECR), Special Part Report
(SPR), investigate and prepare the Defective Investigate Report (DIR).
10. Standard time study and routing maintenance in the SAP system.
11. Assist NPR team in new machine model prototype building.
12. Support field issue feedback investigation, analysis, and recommend counter measures.
13. Prepare Service New Flash (SNF) related to production issue
14. Assist in production and assembly process control.
15. Activate involvement in outsourcing activities.
a.This includes vendor quality, vendor audit and vendor process improvement.
b.Establish outsourcing standard time for item required to be sent out for assembly by vendor.
c. Supporting outsourcing activities in term of assembly process issue
16. Assist in product costing and analysis.
17. Support ISO and OSHA activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree from University with manjor Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- English: Strong Intermediate level
- Having at least 4 - 5 years as in machine assembly/ Machining processes in manufacturing companies.
- Strong experience in electrical issues for equipment and machinery in factory.
- Knowledge of CAD tools like Solid Works and Auto CAD
- Good analytical skills
- Good at communication skill
