- Develop and implement HR strategies and plans aligned with the company's growth objectives in the manufacturing sector.
- Manage all administrative and human resources operations of the company.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
- Establish performance evaluation systems, as well as salary, bonus, and benefits schemes.
- Handle labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and general administrative activities.
- Organize internal activities and build corporate culture.
- Work with partners and service providers related to HR and administrative matters.
- Arrange and coordinate visits of senior management and headquarters representatives.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership.
- Advise senior management on matters related to employee welfare, compensation structures, HR risk management, and overall workforce strategy.
- Provide strategic input on organizational design, talent retention, succession planning, and HR compliance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in an HR Director position
- Strong understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and labor regulations in Vietnam.
- In-depth knowledge of system development.
- Solid expertise in human resource management and administrative management.
- Good communication in English (Strong Intermediate Level)
- Having experience in the food industry are preferred
