• Assist the Reservation Supervisor/ Reservation Manager to operate an efficient reservations department ensuring revenue is maximized

• Attend training; regular feedback to eliminate conflict and support others colleague’s performance to ensure outstanding technical and service skills are developed and maintained

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

• Attend monthly Reservations meetings with relevant colleagues relating to, but not limited to, the following: Overall performance, Projected business, Operations feedback and issues, Changes in procedures and policies, Quality improvement (Guest Love), Up-selling, Productivity improvement

• Attends all other meetings as required by the administrative calendar

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management
• Fresher or experienced is a plus
• Must speak English fluently
• Details, willing to learn, passionate with hospitality
• Well-versed in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Problem-solving, reasoning.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in different ways to different employees.
