- Guest Service Responsibilities
Ensure and check full guest’s satisfaction during operation time
Develop customer loyalty and recognition
Introduce and up-selling any special events / promotions
Gather guest feedback and report to Front Office Manager
Handle and follow up on any guests complains in absence of Front Office Manager
Report any complains / Positive or Negative comments to Front Office Manager
Spot check and follow up with Sky Lounge officers to collect guest’s preferences and report to Front Office Manager for guest profile in Opera PMS.
Brief with all Sky Lounge officers about guest’s preferences to keep services always consistency
- Operational Responsibilities
- Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
Handle billing problem, items in POS system and feed back to Cost Controller
Pro-active to build up action plan for saving and control cost in Sky Lounge depend on hotel occupancy.
- All employees are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
- All employees may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar field in Hospitality Industry
Strong leadership, training and management capability
Excellent communications skill both in English and Vietnamese
