Get to Know the Team

As a Product Analyst at Grab For Business, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with experts in technology, analytics, and business operations to drive the vision and growth of our platform. Grab For Business enables corporate employees to book rides, order food, and send parcels and company admins to manage expenses and employee welfare budgets.

Get to Know the Role

You will be responsible for all end to end matters related to data ETL, creation of dashboards and development of data driven insights. In addition, you will provide day to day data support to the Operations and Product teams. You will report to Senior Analytics Manager, Transaction Platform & GFB, and work onsite at the Grab HCMC office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Utilize data to measure and analyze business/product performance across markets and business lines.
• Explore business/product issues and opportunities, uncover insights, and identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and analyze experiments for key product decisions.
• Work with country-specific operations teams for product feature localization.
• Lead teams to roll out effective products/services and expand data for richer insights.
• Generate data-driven hypotheses to solve key product/business problems.
• Develop models to understand interaction effects or suboptimal product configurations.
• Measure, monitor, and report product/system metrics; perform root cause analysis for sudden metric changes.
• Create analytics tools for stakeholders to self-serve data and analyses.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 2+ years of experience in similar Tech industry roles.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Highly proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong foundation in SQL and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Solid statistical knowledge with experience in controlled experiments.
• Proficient in data analysis and basic machine learning using Python.
• Proven track record of working with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
• Experienced in hypothesis-based and data-driven approaches.
