Product Development & Management:

• Co-work with relevant departments to design and enhance financial products, including personal loans, credit cards… to meet the needs of customer

• Monitor product performance and optimize based on customer feedback and market trends.

Employer Partnership Management:

• Collaborate with employer partners to develop tailored product offerings and promotional campaigns.

• Conduct regular engagement sessions with HR and company leaders to drive adoption and maintain alignment.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

• Manage and optimize digital customer acquisition channels (SMS, QR codes, landing pages, etc.) to ensure seamless lead capture and allocation.

• Work closely with sales and CRM teams to track and enhance lead conversion rates.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Project management:

• Partner with Marketing, Risk, and Sales teams to design effective go-to-market strategies and communication plans.

• Align with IT and Operations teams to ensure smooth system integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to Project management including: schedule meeting, involving stakeholder, re-cap the insight and follow up the tasks, preparing material…

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track KPIs such as application penetration, consent form collection, and credit card activation rates.

• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management to ensure strategic alignment.

Market Research & Insights & Sales initiatives:

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Propose innovative solutions to maintain the competitive edge of the product included: Sales initiatives, process selling improvement, push-sales campaign…

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Finance/Banking/Fintech, in which 2 years at back office roles at Banking/Finance/Fintech companies
• Preferably if having proven track record of managing financial products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Basic understanding product proposition, product roadmap, process creation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Good English skills 
• Fluently in using Excel & Power point & process creation tools
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation & bringing value to salary segment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
