I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
HR Intern role is essential in supporting HR initiatives, administrative tasks, and HR projects. contributing to the effective management of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Talent Acquisition
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
- Screen and review resumes.
- Schedule interviews and notify candidates.
- Support other recruitment activities such as attending job fairs and recruitment events.
Onboarding process
- Prepare necessary documents and resources for new hires.
- Guide new employees through paperwork and internal systems.
- Create and manage new employee files.
- Monitor and support new employees during their probation period.
Administrative Support
- Manage HR-related paperwork and office supplies.
- Support the Admin team with daily tasks and event coordination such as scheduling, meetings, managing mail, phone calls, and emails.
HR Initiatives and Projects
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to make strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement employee development programs.
Employer Branding
- Attract potential candidates (focus on Tiktok and Facebook).
- Respond to inquiries from potential candidates.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
- 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Human Resource Management/ English/ Business Administration/ Law - Legal/… or other related majors.
- Good communication skills and logical thinking, teamwork mindset, proactive at work.
- Proficient in office computer skills (design powerpoint, word, excel).
English is required. - Strong relationship builder with empathetic personality.
- Acquiring proven participation in University activities is a big plus.
