Mô tả Công việc
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust cyber security strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage the cyber security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards across all digital and BPO operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on the status of the company's cyber security posture.
- Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies, and adapt the security strategy as needed.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cyber security strategies.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
