Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all guests arriving at the lobby, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Wear traditional Vietnamese dress to enhance the cultural experience for guests.

• Introduce and promote resort activities, facilities, and services.

• Provide accurate directions and information about the resort and surrounding areas.

• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort’s offerings and local attractions.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Uphold the resort’s standards of service and hospitality.

• Female, over 165cm in height.
  
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Korean is a plus.
