The General Manager - Business Development is responsible for driving sustainable business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding key customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing commercial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives in the logistics and supply chain sectors.The role collaborates closely with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, etc.) and engages externally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and competitiveness.

• Lead the business development function to deliver revenue and profit growth in line with company strategy
• Build and manage strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies across logistics services (inbound, outbound, warehousing)
• Identify priority sectors and design tailored solutions to meet client needs
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing structures
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational capabilities with customer requirements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategy accordingly
• Lead and develop a business development team to ensure high performance
• Report key pipeline, sales activities, and results to the General Director

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in business development or commercial roles, with at least 3 years at leadership level
• Strong experience in logistics, transportation, and warehousing is preferred
• Solid understanding of commercial models, budgeting, and solution design
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking, customer-oriented, and result-driven mindset
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
