- Performs Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organizational structure defined by the Front Office Manager
- Promotes the Pullman brand philosophy through his or her exemplary attitude, behavior, uniforms and excellent communication skills.
- Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel’s different departments and various points of reception.
- Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
- Promotes the hotel’s offer. Helps meet the department’s quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Welcomer will be the person that a guest will come to see to look for a service or some assistance. The greeting and attitude of the Welcomer will influence a lot the opinion that the guest will have of the overall hotel.
- Being at the service of the guest, the first task of the Welcomer is to be available at any time for a guest and to take extra care of him by an automatic greeting with smile and warm & positive attitude. The guest has to feel expected and welcome at any time. The guest will always be the first priority for a Welcomer.
HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep good rapport with all staff.
- Follow hotel rules and regulations at all times.
- Attends all training sessions as scheduled.
- Complete knowledge of hotel's facilities and services.
- Attend the daily Front Office briefing as well as monthly Front Office meeting.
RELATIONS
- Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSIONS
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by superiors.

- Graduated from Vocational/College/University and/or with similar working experience in 04 -05 star Hotel/Resorts.
- Good command in English.
- Proactive in approaching customers.
- Office computer literacy.
- Teamwork, Interpersonal, Guest Complaint Handling Skill.
- Ability to deal with colleagues/customers professionally.
- Excellent in service mind oriented.
