To be fully knowledgeable of the Reservation Standard Service Procedure.
Upon confirming any booking, thank the booker by saying" Thank you for your booking to Alba Wellness Valley by Fusion".
Ensure that VIP, Corporate Guest, Loyalty Programs, Frequent Flyer and Return Guest are recognized properly and rooms are allocated as required.
To update the reservations filing such as corporate rates, contract rates and special rates.
To handle the request of special booking arrangement and repeat it to your supervisor.
Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and Food & Beverage outlets and their time of operation.
To report to work punctually and wear complete and proper uniform.
Following the required Telephone Courtesy.
To keep the Reservation area clean and tidy and references are always ready at all time.
To refer any guest complaint or misunderstanding to your Supervisor or Duty Manager and/or Front Office Manager.
To respect all hotel property and to minimize wastage.
To maintain good working relationship other departments. Travel Agents and Corporate Contacts.
To follow up all guest request and complaint and to establish preventive actions from future recurrence.
Maximize using guest name
To update complete as possible telephone directory in the Smile system.
To be fully knowledgeable of the Telephone Operator Standard Service Procedure.
