POSITION OVERVIEW BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES
Via providing drug information to the relevant healthcare professionals (“HCPs”), Medical Representatives (“MR”) will identify customer trends, support pull-through of demand generation activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensure that our company is viewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes by HCPs and their patients.
Through conducting his/her daily basic functions, the MR is responsible for thoroughly understanding the dynamics within the territory (e.g. impact of managed care, market situation, competitors, patient demographics) and for drawing upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive business action plan by cycle.

- Understanding our Compliance’s practice.
- Meet required knowledge of products; disease; regulation and policy in VN pharmaceutical industry.
- Interaction/negotiation skills.
- Business planning skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Based on understanding of our company strategies and brand strategies and Knowledge of territory; account’s operation; customers’ perspective; market dynamic Vietnam Pharmaceutical policies and regulations to identify short and long-term business opportunities and define smart business objectives and develop business action for each business cycle to utilize the company’s resources to achieve business objectives.
- Execute business action plans in assigned territory to ensure achieved KPIs as business action plan.
- Monthly track KPIs and share progress with the District Manager.
- Collaborate well with support teams marketing; medical; SFE… in implementation and other teams to maximize company resources.
- Proactively propose to adjust activities if any challenges or opportunities (environment; policies; regulation; competitiveness…) which impact to business.
- Display professional MR during interaction with customers and bring good solutions for HCPs and patients.
- Ensure compliance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate customer call records and ensure all data entered into our system
- Reporting in timely & accurate manner as requires.
- Active participation in team meetings, training & development programs.
- Pharmacist; Medical Doctor.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales role.
- Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy.
- Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems.
- Previous secondary care sales experience.
- Previous experience within the Therapeutic area and/or customer base.
- Key account management experience including clinical and administrative customers.
- Business Acumen Skills.
- Business Management Skills Planning and execution.
- Customer management skills Segmentation &Targeting and Customer Engagement.
