• Prepare weekly roster, ensuring manning power is managed effectively and efficiently at all times
• Banquet Event order follow up and implement required from Sale Team
• Supervise and assist the banquet star on a daily basis
• Assist in processing the daily cash sheets in conjunction with other supervisor and manager
• Participate in planning, coordinating and implementing banquet menu – meeting room set up into the department operation
• Conduct daily briefings before all event and liaise with Kitchen department to manage the operation
• Work with other departments to supervise all aspects of stock deliveries and accurate and updated data records
• Follow closely with weekly order statement to ensure that stock levels are maintained and handled well
• Supervise the department’s operation and handle incidents properly with satisfied service quality given
• Act as duty manager on rotation basis (role shared with other supervisors and manager)
• Support other supervisors and FB service star at peak times; undertake any operational duties to ensure guest expectation is met

Yêu cầu công việc
- Vocational Certificate or equivalent
- Able to read and write in English.
- Relevant trade skills
- At least 2 years experiences related to banquet or restaurant
- Fundamental knowledge of bartending in class of drinks and beverages.
