Job Description:

Manage PR Branding Strategy - Build the Brand Image of the Founder and the Company on Media Channels:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and branding strategy for the Founder and the Company's brand in both the Vietnamese and Japanese markets.
• Establish and maintain a reputable and professional image of the Founder and the Company through PR campaigns and special events.
• Manage and maintain the social media channels and website of the Founder and the Company to create engaging content and interact positively with the online community.

Coordinate with Media Outlets:

• Establish and maintain relationships with press agencies, magazines, and television to create opportunities for positive media coverage of the Company and the Founder.
• Write and distribute articles, speeches, and press releases to media outlets.

Information Compilation and Content Writing:

• Gather and compile information about the Founder and the Company and its activities to create high-quality PR and branding content.
• Write and edit content into books, industry articles, blogs, and other PR materials to enhance the awareness of the Company and the Founder.

Organize Seminars and Workshops:

• Plan and organize online and offline seminars and workshops on professional topics such as business strategy, M&A, and Vietnam-Japan business connections.
• Invite and manage partners and customers to attend, to strengthen relationships and share knowledge.

Participate in Other Marketing Activities:

• Support and participate in other marketing activities of the department as required.

Requirements:

• Experience: ~5 years working in PR and branding, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge: Prefer candidates with understanding of business and business environment in both Vietnam and Japan.
• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented and perfectionist, continuously striving to achieve set goals.
• Personal Branding: Prefer candidates with experience in personal branding for individuals, capable of building and maintaining a professional image and reputation for individuals in a professional work environment.
