Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee and Manager Support

Provide high-quality advice and support to management on day-to-day HR administrative matters.
Assist in the implementation of HR programs designed to enhance employee experience.
Support employees in utilizing self-service HR systems effectively.
Collaborate with HR teams, including payroll and talent acquisition, to ensure seamless communication and data accuracy.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Facilitate a comprehensive and engaging onboarding process, including contract preparation, background checks, and hiring manager coordination.
Process employee contract changes, such as amendments to terms and conditions, job transitions, and terminations.
Administer leave requests, including parental leave and flexible working arrangements.
Handle employee requests, such as proof of employment letters and address updates.
Manage visa and work permit reviews to ensure compliance.
Oversee offboarding processes, including correspondence, data updates, final payments, and benefits adjustments.

Compliance and Employee Relations

Provide administrative support to the Regional HR Manager on employee relations cases.
Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and remain up to date.
Assist in preparing reports related to employee relations.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
Support employee relations investigations and discussions, assisting the HR Manager with complex cases.

Benefits Administration

Act as the first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, escalating cases to providers when necessary.
Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and coverage changes.
Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure all eligible employees receive appropriate coverage.

Audit and Data Management

Maintain and update employee records to reflect changes in employment status promptly and accurately.
Conduct and suggest HR process audits to improve data integrity and efficiency.

HR Projects and Process Improvement

Identify gaps in HR operations processes and propose improvements.
Lead and execute HR operational projects in collaboration with the HR Manager.
Coordinate with HR colleagues to ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned projects.
Work alongside the HR Technology team to improve data accuracy and support system enhancements

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills And Experience

Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to engage effectively with a global HR team and uphold company values.
Fluency in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word; experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws within the supported region.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with precision and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the supported region.
