Provide technical support and system usage guidance to relevant departments.
Perform system testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Collaborate with related teams to integrate systems, resolve issues, and implement new functionalities.
Create, modify, and optimize automated workflows on ServiceNow in alignment with project standards and needs.
Analyze project and user requirements to design and implement business workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensuring stable operation and meeting business requirements.

Proficiency at least one database management system such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand- ups, and retrospectives.
Preference for candidates who can read and write in English
At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow

Salary will be based on agreement, with full salary during probation.
