- Ensures the smooth running operation of the Wedding/Events Section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters

- Pays visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts

- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary

- Support driving Marketing & PR initiatives for all F&B outlets and other assigned tasks

- Service charge applied during 02 months of probation

- 06 to 07 days Off/ month

- 13 Annual Leave/ year

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred

- 1 year of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
