Determine the job description and specific requirements for the vacancies from the Head of Department

Plan to candidates Sourcing proactively and manage database.

Manage online job sites and recruiting social media portals such as Facebook, LinkedIn. Internal notice board (form recruitment templates, post templates, reply to queries)

Screening suitable candidates, conduct preliminary interview, making the list of potential candidates and arraging interviews with relevant Departments.

Act as the first point of contact with candidates to further arrange interviews.

Perform reference checks.

Book and keep record of commencement flight tickets.

Prepare and send Offer letters, Compensation & Benefit packages for qualified candidates.

Welcome new Hosts at airport/harbor. Introducing new Hosts to necessary locations on the island.

Following up with new Hosts during their probationary period and offer necessary support.

Analyze and report monthly status of Resignations, Recruitment. Prepare weekly, monthly quaterly recruitment report.

Organize host activity in resort and host residence

Process visa, work permit, TRC for expatriate

Organize host activity in resort and host residence

Other admin/task lists assigned by Human Resouces Director

Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management

One year or more of experience in the same role.

Demonstrate competent computer skills.

Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality

Highly interactive and people oriented.

Knowledge of Local Labour Law and Employment Regulations

Very good command over written and spoken English.

Excellent attitude under pressure, and after long hours.

Exposure to a computer monitor or screen for long durations.
