• To report to work within the requested time prior to commencement of duty, well-groomed and to uniform standard.
• Type reports, letters, memorandums, forms and correspondence for the kitchen department, maintains filing system.
• Sorts and records incoming departments mail; records and route all outgoing correspondence.
• Responsible for controls and requests of office supplies.
• To give full co-operation with the typing of menus for the Food & Beverage department.
• Informs the Executive Chef on all problems related to the kitchen operation and keeps a record of Food and Beverage employees including personal data, promotional or transfer papers.
• Ensures the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen office at all times.
• Attends Food and Beverage and kitchen meetings, keep attendance, types minutes and distribute to all concerned.
• Handles requests brought up by other departments concerning kitchen.
• Preparation of Purchase requests and follow up with supplier for the date of arrival.
• Types monthly breakage report, revenue report and guest comments statistic report.
• To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose company secrets.
• Channels all guests inquiries and correspondence for future bookings till materialized.
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters
