Mô tả Công việc
Demand Planning:
- Record, tracking and analyzing historical sales data, promotion data and working closely with Commercial team (Category, Brand / Trade / Campaign) for bottom - up forecast alignment
- Contribute to monthly Forecast reconciliation & validation process, forecast accuracy / bias (SFA-SFB) measurement & provide solutions for continuous improvement
Supply Planning:
- Supply planning for all channels (O2O) to ensure Stock Availability meets business requirement
- OTIF, SLA measurement & provide solutions for continuous improvement
Inventory Health controlling:
- Manage inventory health of all brands in charge proactively to meet business expectation
- Other arising tasks related to planning scope, depend on business circumstance
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years of experience in planning role (supply chain, demand & supply planner)
- Understand key supply & replenishment planning concepts.
- Skills: MS office, Strong analytical & problem solving.
- Customer oriented, build partnership & working relationship.
- Orientation to excellence & detail.
