1. Compensation & Benefits Administration: • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. • Handle Social Health Insurance (SHUI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) registration and declarations. • Prepare and update employment contracts. • Maintain employee data in HR information systems like Oracle Fusion, Etemp, Econnect. • Localize and supervise the off-boarding process. 2. Data & Reporting: • Develop and maintain HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as turnover, annual leave, overtime, and employee healthcare. • Ensure HR practices align with company SOPs and local regulations. • Identify and report instances of non-compliance with SOPs and regulatory codes. • Collect data for monthly reports from various sources. • Assist in data consolidation for corporate and regional purposes. 3. Strategic C&B Support: • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing C&B policies, guidelines, processes, and salary structures. • Conduct market research to stay abreast on C&B trends. • Support the implementation of Salary Increase (SI), Promotion Increase (PI), and Cash Bonus Program (CBP) initiatives. • Aid in documentation preparation and manage responses during HR audits. 4. Training & Compliance: • Conduct HR C&B training for non-HR personnel. • Assist the HR Manager in developing, updating, and registering internal regulations, employee handbooks, and collective labor agreements for compliance. 5. Project Management: • Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently with effective prioritization. • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects as required. 6. Additional Assignments: • Perform other duties as assigned by the HRBP Manager.1. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Operations or C&B administration role • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite. • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations. 2.
