Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in building market intelligence database, producing real estate market report of Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces, and acquiring potential land bank.
Key Responsibilities
Collect data relating to real estate project, legal update, infrastructure development by contacting sales agents, agencies.
Go site visit for market update.
Maintain and update database.
Liaise with real estate consultancy firm for market report.
Produce market research report by monthly, quarterly, and yearly & other specific reports with support of Deputy Business Development Manager.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
